What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Sales Professional, you’ll play an important role in growing the agency by developing new business and building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, leads, networking, and follow-up
• Educate prospective customers on available insurance products and coverage options
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other personal lines insurance products
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products based on customer needs
• Follow up consistently with prospects and leads
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet or exceed individual and agency sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information
• Provide a professional, positive customer experience
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to support overall growth and retention

What We’re Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident and comfortable making outbound sales calls
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
