General Production Worker
Job Description
The General Production Worker supports manufacturing operations by performing packing, slitting, and machine operation tasks in a clean, temperature-controlled facility that produces foil and packaging for pharmaceutical products. This role involves general labor and production activities, assisting press operations, and ensuring that packaging materials meet quality and safety standards.

Work Environment
The work environment is a very clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility that uses large printing presses to produce foil and packaging for pharmaceutical products. Employees work on 12-hour shifts, either 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., Monday through Thursday, with a four-day work week and a potential but unlikely fifth day. Team members stand for the entirety of the shift and move throughout the production area while working both independently and with a team. The facility has a noticeable adhesive smell that employees must be able to tolerate. Dress code is typical for a production setting, focusing on safety and practicality to work around machinery and materials

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43000.00 - $45000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
