Warehouse Associates/ Pick & Pack – 100+ Openings!

Location: Brighton, CO
Pay: $19.50/hour
Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift available
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (6am/6pm)

People First Employment is hiring 100+ Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution facility in Brighton, CO! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

If you have experience in order selecting, picking and packing, distribution, or general warehouse work, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Select and prepare products for shipment
• Follow order sheets, labels, and warehouse procedures
• Maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace
• Assist with general warehouse and distribution duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Previous order selector, pick/pack, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work scheduled 12-hour shifts
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to good attendance
• Reliable transportation to and from the Brighton worksite
• Ability to meet the physical demands of a warehouse environment
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening, including a background check
