Warehouse Associate – LED Lighting

IKIO LED is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on person who takes pride in doing things correctly. This is more than a basic pick-and-pack warehouse position. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using basic hand and power tools, organized, and willing to learn our LED lighting products.

Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but we are especially interested in people with experience in warehouse operations, maintenance, construction, electrical work, manufacturing, mechanical work, or other hands-on environments.

What You'll Do

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders.
• Verify part numbers and quantities before products are shipped.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate warehouse locations.
• Assist with inventory counts and product verification.
• Prepare LED lighting fixtures, components, and project materials for shipment.
• Perform basic fixture assembly, accessory installation, labeling, and repackaging as needed.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Assist with basic warehouse and facility maintenance.
• Identify damaged, incorrect, or questionable products before they are shipped.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Support the Operations and Project teams with other hands-on tasks as needed.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Warehouse or distribution.
• Shipping and receiving.
• Maintenance.
• Construction.
• Electrical or lighting.
• Manufacturing or assembly.
• Mechanical work.
• Forklift or material-handling equipment.
• Inventory or warehouse-management systems.

Electrical or lighting experience is helpful but not required.
