Drive Thru Team Member

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our drive-thru operation. In this role, you will help create a positive guest experience by delivering prompt service, accurate order handling, and a welcoming attitude. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with others, and takes pride in providing great service.

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, efficient service at the drive-thru window.
• Accurately take, confirm, and process customer orders.
• Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system with care and accuracy.
• Prepare and package orders according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with restocking supplies and supporting other front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
