As an Assistant Manager at TUTTI FRUTTI, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Team: Support and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Daily Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day store activities, including inventory management and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Customer Engagement: Ensure every customer has a positive and memorable experience.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during shifts.
• Supporting the Manager: Work closely with the Store Manager to implement policies and meet business goals.

We’re seeking someone who is:
