Job Title: RecruiterJob Description

The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team needs, and translate them into effective job postings and sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels to build strong and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process.
  • Collect and organize interview feedback from stakeholders to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the offer process by preparing offer details, communicating with candidates, and facilitating acceptance.
  • Assist with background checks and other pre-employment screening activities as part of the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, candidate experience, and sourcing strategies.
Essential Skills
  • 1–3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring needs.
  • Experience with recruiting and talent acquisition practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms.
  • Experience using sourcing tools and online recruiting channels such as job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to analyze role requirements and translate them into targeted sourcing and screening criteria.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining candidate records and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on providing a positive candidate experience.
Work Environment

This is an on-site position with a Monday through Friday schedule. The role follows an 8-hour shift that falls between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with regular interaction with hiring managers and candidates, and daily use of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to support recruiting activities.

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeport, WV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
