Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of mechanical and electrical technicians in a maintenance shop environment, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation of complex Polymer Center sorting, grinding, and washing equipment. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with people leadership, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, quality control, inventory management, and external service providers. The Maintenance Supervisor partners closely with operations support teams to implement and sustain company-wide maintenance systems and processes, while driving continuous improvement in equipment performance and technician development.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
