Project Coordinator

Elite Permits is looking for a Project Manager to own client projects from intake to permit issuance. This role is built for someone who takes initiative and drives results without being told twice.

What you'll do:

• Own a portfolio of projects and see each one through to timely approval.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and confident.
• Coordinate plan review and inspection scheduling across jurisdictions and portals.
• Keep projects moving: track deliverables, clear bottlenecks, and hold timelines.
• Guide permit technicians and coordinate the work that supports your projects.
• Navigate building departments, applications, and permitting systems with accuracy.

What you bring:

• Experience in permitting, construction, or project management.
• An ownership mindset: you catch problems early and solve them.
• Sharp organization and a knack for building systems that scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs, CRM software, and Google Chrome.
• The ability to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping detail.
