Job Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of residential properties. This position ensures all assigned areas are cleaned to company standards while providing excellent service .
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
- Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, and appliances as assigned.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
- Ensure all assigned properties are secured before leaving.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with clients and coworkers.
- Complete assigned work within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
- Travel to various work locations as required
Required Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or residential cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
