Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and kindness

• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately

• Provide general information and assistance to guests and staff

• Maintain visitor logs, sign-in procedures, and front-desk security protocols

• Support administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry

• Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination as needed

• Uphold confidentiality and represent the facility with a positive, service-oriented attitude

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous receptionist or customer-service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment

• Basic computer skills (email, phone systems, office software)

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
