Part-Time Inventory Clerk

Pay Rate:$23.50 per hour

We are seeking a detail-orientedPart-Time Inventory Workerto join our team in Longmont, CO. Operating within an innovative aerospace environment, you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy, prepping parts for flight assembly, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with limited oversight.

• Parts Prepping:Clean, bag, and tag parts while strictly maintaining part integrity and traceability.

• Kitting:Kit parts for flight assembly builds by accurately following pick tickets.

• Data Entry:Perform routine data entry to maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records.

• Warehouse Organization:Maintain and organize secured storage locations; assist with receiving materials, supplies, and services.

• Inventory Control:Perform regular cycle counts and assist with the annual inventory process.

• Team Collaboration:Work directly from task lists assigned by the Inventory Lead and collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Reporting:Report directly to the Procurement/Facility Manager and complete other duties as assigned.

• Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience:Prior inventory management or warehousing experience is preferred.

• Skills:* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and high integrity.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work with computers and quickly learn new inventory software/processes.

• Physical Requirements:Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds.

• Flexibility:Ability to follow and execute standard operating procedures in a regulated aerospace setting. Flexibility to shift priorities as needed; occasional off-hours or weekend support may be required.
