What’s a typical day as LH41 - Fork Lift Operator? You’ll be:
  • Operating forklifts to move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to designated locations
  • Picking parts according to customer orders and placing them in work areas
  • Reading customer, work, and shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped
  • Fulfilling requisitions and requests for materials or stock, ensuring accurate placement in designated areas
  • Scanning materials and moving them per standard work instructions
  • Completing Forklift TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) requirements in a timely manner
  • Assisting with inventory counts and accurate tracking of received or distributed materials
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and accessible warehouse environment, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
  • Have prior forklift certification (required)
  • Are computer literate and experienced with WMS (Warehouse Management System)
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team
  • Can perform repetitive tasks accurately within standard work parameters
  • Are able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Can stand, walk, twist, turn, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb stairs as part of your daily routine
  • Possess good customer service skills and can work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Commit to following all company environmental, health, and safety standards
