Service Technician

Fast Action Pest Control has proudly served Northern California for over 15 years.We are growing quickly and need help from committed hard working individuals, we have different positions available for Applicators, Field Representatives and Customer Service Representatives and are willing to train the right candidates. The servicing areas for this position are located in Yuba City, Lincoln, Roseville, and other surrounding areas.

About the Role:

The Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of residential and commercial properties by effectively managing pest control solutions. This position involves assessing pest infestations, implementing treatment plans, and educating clients on preventive measures. The technician will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and compliance with safety regulations. A successful Service Technician will not only resolve pest issues but also build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall well-being of the community by promoting pest-free environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Ability to obtain Pest Control License withing 90 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid pest control license.
• Experience with integrated pest management (IPM) techniques.
• Strong customer service skills and experience in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues.
• Apply appropriate pest control products and techniques in a safe and effective manner, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
• Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and follow-up recommendations.
