Job Description
This role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC lathes and multi-spindle machines in a high-volume production environment. You will run multiple machines at once, ensure parts meet strict quality standards, and perform basic program edits using G and M codes. Work Environment
You will work in a large machine shop focused on mass production of parts rather than job shop work. The facility is not temperature controlled, so conditions may vary with the seasons. The role is a direct hire position on the second shift, typically from 2:45 p.m. to 12:45 a.m. on a 5-day, 10-hour schedule, with potential consideration for first shift in certain areas. You will operate CNC lathes, multi-spindle machines, and related equipment, using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges in a busy, production-oriented environment.M
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Wellington, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
