Recruiter Account Manager

Staffinders, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter/Account Manager to join our growing team.

This position is well suited for someone who is outgoing, organized, driven, and genuinely enjoys building professional relationships. In this role, you will recruit and interview candidates, develp lasting partnerships with clients, and manage assigned accounts while contributing to the continued success of both our candidates and customers.

What you'll do

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for available positions
• Evaluate candidates and connect them with opportunities that align with their qualifications and goals
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Establish and strengthen relationships with client accounts
• Develop a thorough understanding of each clients business, workplace culture, and staffing requirements
• Coordinate interviews, job offers, onboarding, and employee start dates
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and employees throughout the placement process
• Manage open positions
• Maintain database
• Contribute to individual and team performance goals

What we're looking for

• Recruiting experience preferred, but not required
• Professional, personable, and confident
• Strong communication and relationship-building experience
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team
• Strong computer skills

Compensation

$45,000-$55,000 base salary, plus monthly commission. Medical/dental insurance, 401k, and plenty of opportunity for advancement!
