A Solon Warehouse/Distribution Center is now looking for a Reach Truck/Cherry Picker Operator - Available Now!!!

We are seeking a reliable and experiencedReach Truck/Cherry Picker Operatorto join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely operating a reach truck and/or a cherry picker to move, stack, retrieve lighting fixtures. When equipment-based tasks are not available, you will be expected to assist with general warehouse duties, such as picking, packing, sorting, or loading. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Reach Truck/Cherry Picker Operator Shift and Pay

  • 7:00a -4:30p (Monday thru Friday)
  • Pay: $19- $20/hr.

Reach Truck/Cherry Picker Operator Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products
  • Operating aReach Truck or Cherry Pickerto move products throughout the facility.
  • Reads production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence, such as size, type, or product code.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.

Reach Truck/Cherry Picker Operator Qualifications:

  • PriorReach Truck and/or Cherry Pickerexperience is required!!!
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Reach Truck/Cherry Picker Operator Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs or more.
  • Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems or RF scanners is a plus
  • Stand for long periods, bending, and climbing in and out of the machine
  • Ability to work individually or with a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when needed
