Architectural Job Captain-Retail Commercial

PM Design Inc is seeking an organized and detail-orientedJob Captain to support the development, coordination, and completion of architectural construction documents for commercial projects. This role is responsible for helping coordinate project documentation, permitting, consultant coordination, QA/QC review, and construction administration activities while supporting the goals of the client and PM Design Inc.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, highly organized, and comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position requires collaboration with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Senior Job Captains, consultants, jurisdictions, and CAD staff to help deliver accurate, high-quality project documents.

What You Will Do

Project Documentation & Coordination

• Assist the Senior Job Captain, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager in developing project documents for planning, permitting, and construction.
• Prepare and coordinate construction documents, design documents, applications, and permit submittals.
• Create cartoon sets of documents for Project Manager review.
