Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus an additional 3 years of relevant retail operations experience required
Strong Proficiency in Power Point, Word and Excel
Strong Proficiency with Retail Operations across sales, merchandising, training and GTM execution
Ability to Project Manage highly desired
Need to be able to be successful in an extremely fast paced environment

Strength in working cross functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work independently within a large dynamic team and organization while driving end to end planning
Adaptability to move quickly at the pace of the consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions and pivoting when needed
