This role involves a combination of mechanical design, CAD modeling, manufacturing support, reverse engineering, machining knowledge, and project execution to enhance the performance and efficiency of plastics processing equipment.
ResponsibilitiesThis position is set in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment that combines engineering, precision machining, and manufacturing expertise. It requires spending time both at a computer and on the production floor solving real-world manufacturing problems. The role involves close collaboration with manufacturing personnel to ensure practical and manufacturable designs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $82000.00 - $102000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
