What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t just about managing repair orders and scheduling appointments. This is relational, high-ticket consultative saleswhere you’ll help customers understand their vehicle needs and confidently guide them toward solutions that protect their investment and their safety.

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
• Educate customers on findings and recommended services with confidence
• Handle inbound leads and walk-ins with urgency and clarity
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient workflow
• Close high-value repair orders with transparency and follow-through
• Own your day, your performance, and your growth

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2C sales (auto, luxury retail, real estate, fitness, furniture, etc.)
• Confident, professional communicator
• Self-starter with a high emotional IQ
• Comfortable with technology, multi-tasking, and fast-paced environments
