Melissa Snively - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Full-time AND part-time positions available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling with existing customers and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
- Support the team with various office administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Excellent phone skills and ability to make great first impressions.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred, but not required.
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in conversations in-person and over the phone.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
