Responsibilities
- Screen patients and conduct oral health assessments
- Perform dental cleanings and take dental X-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintain infection control and sterilize equipment
- Keep accurate patient records and coordinate appointments
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in dental hygiene
- Local anesthesia permit
- Proficiency in dental prophylaxis, radiography, and periodontal therapy
- Strong skills in patient education, infection control, and charting
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management abilities
