Paraprofessionals are needed as soon as possible for a full-time contract position running through the end of the current school year, with opportunities for the 2025/2026 school year as well.

Whether you’re passionate about being a classroom aide or working more individually with students, your efforts will have a meaningful impact on student success and growth. This role offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, totaling 32 hours per week, and offers competitive pay of $22/hour.

Qualifications:

• Current valid PEL (Professional Educator License) or Paraprofessional Certificate is required
• Experience with students with autism or behavioral challenges strongly preferred
• Comfortable supporting a wide range of ages and ability levels
• Adaptability and strong communication skills
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support as either a general aide or individualized paraprofessional
• Assist students with daily learning activities, transitions, and behavior management
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to reinforce goals and strategies
• Contribute to documentation and progress tracking as needed
• Help maintain a safe, encouraging, and engaging classroom atmosphere
