Pay: $20-$25/hr
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in industrial assembly, mechanical assembly, or related field
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on complex, non-repetitive builds
- Experience working in a machining or manufacturing shop environment preferred
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Responsibilities:- Assemble large, custom machinery and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Interpret blueprints and layout components for proper fit and alignment
- Perform mechanical assembly including fitting, bolting, fastening, and aligning components
- Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues during the build process
- Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and supervisors to ensure project accuracy and completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols
