• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.

• No insurance experience required.
• Active 440 license is preferred
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred

• Comfort using standard computer systems and basic insurance management software.

• Clear and empathetic communication style for phone and email interactions.

• Strong attention to detail when processing policy changes or documentation.
