Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Material Handler supports daily warehouse operations by performing picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and station-based workflow. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to safety while working in a fast-paced environment.
Picking operations Select products according to pick sheets, RF scanner prompts, or station assignments
Packing tasks Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining quality and accuracy
Shipping duties Stage outbound freight, create shipping labels, complete bills of lading, and coordinate carrier pickups
Receiving operations Unload inbound freight, verify counts, inspect materials, and update inventory systems
Station workflow Work across multiple warehouse stations including picking lanes, packing tables, shipping docks, and receiving bays
Material movement Move products using pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified)
Inventory accuracy Perform cycle counts, maintain stock organization, and report discrepancies
Safety compliance Follow OSHA guidelines, maintain clean workstations, and complete equipment inspections
