Paraprofessionals

We are partnering with a school district in the Springfield, VT area seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity in a supportive school environment focused on helping students achieve academic, behavioral, and developmental success.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant school or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of disabilities, instructional strategies, and student support practices preferred
• CPI, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
• Interventionist training coursework expected within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities:

• Support students with academic, behavioral, and developmental needs
• Provide individual and small-group support
• Assist with classroom instruction and student engagement
• Implement accommodations and support strategies
• Assist with classroom activities and student supervision
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff
