Requirements- Minimum 3-5 years of experience performing GMAW (MIG) and/or FCAW welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and tape measure readings accurately.
- Experience welding mild carbon steel and structural steel in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
- Strong communication skills, dependable attendance, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality GMAW (MIG) and FCAW welding on mild carbon steel and structural steel components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and specifications to complete projects accurately.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and hand tools, including grinders, cut-off wheels, and magnetic drills.
- Conduct equipment inspections and follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with material handling and support other departments as needed to meet production goals.
