FullTime Paraprofessionals – Detroit, MI (35 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities
- Student Support Assist students with academic tasks, organization, and classroom engagement.
- Behavioral Assistance Support behavior plans, positive reinforcement systems, and daily routines.
- Instructional Support Provide smallgroup and 1:1 assistance under teacher direction.
- IEP Support Help implement accommodations and modifications as directed by special education teams.
- Collaboration Work closely with teachers, specialists, and administrators to ensure student success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (minimum requirement)
- Reliable transportation to and from school sites
- Professional references ready upon request
- Strong communication skills, patience, and consistency
- Prior schoolbased or childcare experience preferred
Schedule & Contract Details
- Fulltime: 35 hours/week
- Inperson only
- Full 2026–2027 school year
- Placement across elementary, middle, or high school settings based on district needs
