Construction Safety Manager

Position Summary

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs across active construction sites. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and client requirements while fostering a proactive safety culture. The EHS Manager will conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, deliver safety training, and partner with project teams to minimize risk and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ yearsof full-time construction safety experience andOSHA 500 Certification
• 5+ yearsof construction experience and a degree in a safety-related field
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)with2+ yearsof construction experience.

Additional Requirements for EHS Coordinators

• 3+ yearsof full-time construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.
