We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver physical therapy treatments according to established care plans
- Monitor resident progress and communicate with therapists, nursing staff, families, and care teams
- Complete timely documentation and billing
- Assist with discharge planning and restorative programs
- Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy-related care
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
- Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
- Current PTA license in the state of practice
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
- Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred
