Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Source, recruit, and place qualified professionals for both direct hire and temporary/contract positions.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and other recruiting strategies to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best possible match.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and while on assignment.
- Serve as a trusted resource for candidates by addressing questions, concerns, and employment-related matters.
- Attend networking events, career fairs, and community outreach opportunities to promote TruBlu and attract talent.
- Collaborate with team members to meet recruiting goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, sales, customer service, or other high-volume, people-focused environments is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Self-starter who is resourceful, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Team player who enjoys contributing to a collaborative and supportive culture.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
