Overview
The Senior Recruiter reports to TA Leadership and is responsible for full life cycle recruiting for all job openings, including leadership positions, in a high-volume environment. They lead and implement recruiting strategies, using primary and secondary research methods and tools to identify top talent. The Senior Recruiter builds successful relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop effective recruiting strategies and meet recruitment metrics.
Responsibilities
- Leads and implements full cycle recruitment strategy for all job openings, including leadership positions, in a high-volume environment.
- Builds and cultivates relationships with stakeholders across all levels and business areas, utilizing various recruiting methods to proactively search for a diverse pool of top industry talent.
- Mentors and serves as a lead to recruitment team, identifying top talent and negotiating offers with successful candidates and hiring managers.
- Manages high volume search workload via direct sourcing, employee referrals, and search agency relationships, and maintains up-to-date record keeping in ATS to provide transparency to the recruiting team.
- Promotes diversity, internal mobility, and internal referrals and performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience
- Eight (8) or more years of experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training,
- Experience with MS Office is required.
- Previous healthcare, corrections and or agency recruiting experience, a plus.
