HardHat is looking for a Construction Project Manager in Childress, TX to coordinate day-to-day project execution, documentation, field support, technical coordination, project controls, and closeout activities to support successful project delivery.

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years Project Manager experience, electrical sector preferred
- Large construction site experience, data center is a plus
- Construction Management degree preferred
- Open to relocation to Childress/Amarillo, TX area
Job Scope:
- Create, organize, and distribute project documentation (RFIs, submittals, transmittals, change orders, ASIs, T&M, inspection reports, constraint logs) and maintain document platforms (Bluebeam, Dalux, Procore, Smartsheet).
- Coordinate permits, insurance certificates, bonds, and compliance documentation.
- Develop and maintain trackers for schedule, manpower, progress, materials, equipment, safety, quality, and commissioning; produce regular performance reports.
- Provide drawing clarification, technical support, and field survey/layout assistance; identify and resolve issues affecting production or schedule.
- Review drawings, specs, BIM models, and shop drawings; coordinate BIM revisions, redlines, and as-builts.
- Track materials, equipment, and resources; assist procurement planning and delivery coordination. Monitor shortages, procurement risks, manpower assignments, and equipment logs.
- Coordinate inspections, commissioning, AHJ reviews, and customer acceptance testing. Collect and maintain test/inspection reports (torque, megger, fire alarm, etc.) and support QA requirements.
- Assemble complete closeout packages (as-builts, O&M manuals, test reports, commissioning and inspection records). Coordinate final turnover and confirm completion of contractual closeout obligations.
