Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Operating Room RN / Service Line Lead to provide safe, effective nursing care during surgical and invasive procedures. The role also coordinates specialty services, supports surgical teams, and maintains high standards for OR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care during surgical procedures.
• Coordinate daily OR specialty activities and surgical schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with surgeons and surgical staff.
• Maintain accurate surgeon preference cards.
• Ensure specialty instruments and equipment are complete and ready.
• Support orientation and training for new OR staff.
• Provide education on specialty procedures, equipment, and supplies.
• Collaborate with OR, SPD, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• 3–5 years of recent acute-care OR RN experience required
• CNOR preferred
• Strong knowledge of OR procedures, equipment, supplies, and surgical specialties.
• Service line coordination/leadership experience preferred.
