Our customer in South Wayne, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Kitchen Help employees to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Kitchen Help team member, you will assist the manager with vendor-related activities, store operations, and kitchen duties while helping support the daily success and growth of the business
Responsibilities of theKitchen Help:
- Assist the manager with vendor communications and coordination.
- Support day-to-day store operations.
- Perform kitchen preparation and cleaning duties.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Assist with inventory-related tasks as needed.
- Provide general support to ensure smooth store and kitchen operations.
Kitchen HelpRequirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Good work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Motivated to help the store grow and succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Some bookkeeping and/or business education preferred but not required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain an organized work environment.
Pay forKitchen Help:
- Starting at $15.00-$20.00/hour, depending on experience.
- Employees are also eligible for a 4% quarterly profit-sharing bonus when company performance goals are met.
