Maintenance Technician/Construction Laborer

• Must have experience in demo, electric, framing, plumbing, etc.
• Must be organized as position calls for maintenance of 20+ commercial properties
• Punctuality is a must
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday 7:00 A.M.-3:30 P.M.) as well as occasional over time
• Pay depends on experience and skill level
• Must be willing to learn, take instructions, and work with others

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
