Turn your people skills into a career with First Coast Sales Group. We’re looking for an Account Sales Representative who enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, and working toward clear goals!

You’ll represent our client partners in face-to-face conversations, help prospective customers compare available options, and support them through the enrollment process. We’ll prepare you with paid training, direct mentorship, and ongoing feedbackso previous sales experience isn’t necessary.

A Typical Day

  • Start with team training, goal setting, and campaign updates
  • Meet prospective customers throughout an assigned Jacksonville territory
  • Ask questions and match customers with suitable products or services
  • Provide accurate information about features, pricing, and eligibility
  • Process applications and document sales activity
  • Review progress with your coach and identify ways to improve

  • Communicate confidently and enjoy working with people
  • Take feedback well and want to improve
  • Are dependable, organized, and comfortable with goals
  • Can work Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Have reliable transportation in the Jacksonville area
  • Hold a high school diploma, equivalent, or comparable experience

Customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, and leadership experience can be valuablebut none is required!
