Advance CNC Machining is looking for an experienced, drivenSales Engineer (Aerospace & Defense) who wants more than a list of accounts to maintain. We want someone who is proactive, highly organized, responsive, and motivated to win. The right Sales Engineer is trainable, independent, organized, strong at retaining information, and persistent.

At Advance CNC Machining, we specialize in producing high-precision machined parts for customers across the country, including equipment manufacturers and customers in the food, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and defense industries. What You'll Do

You will be responsible for actively developing the Aerospace & Defense market while building strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Identifying OEM’s, Tier suppliers, and other A&D organizations that are a strong fit for our capabilities
• Finding and developing relationships with the people who influence where machining work goes
• Building multiple relationships within key accounts
• Getting Advance CNC in front of new customers and creating opportunities to quote
• Visiting customers and prospects throughout your territory
• Understanding customer programs, pain points, sourcing challenges, and future opportunities
• Following through relentlessly until there is a clearyes, no, or next step

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000 base salary + commission + bonus
• 401(k) with a 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
• 80 hours PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours
