Pay Breakdown:
- Movers: $18–$23/hr + daily cash tips
- Crew Leaders / Local Drivers: $23–$30hr + daily cash tips
- Long Distance Drivers: Competitive flat rate + per diem
- Top Talent ("Unicorns"):Highest paid people in our company!
- Raises available based on performance and longevity.
