Dietary Aide

The Enclave at Barnesville is seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. The Dietary Aide plays an important role in supporting our residents by helping prepare, serve, and clean up meals while maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming dining environment.

• Prepare and serve meals and beverages according to residents’ dietary needs and preferences.

• Follow special diets, meal tickets, and portion guidelines accurately.

• Assist with meal setup, delivery, and dining room service.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and food-service areas.

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.

• Stock food and supplies and assist with inventory.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.

• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, patients, and staff.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous dietary, food-service, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety.

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as required by the position.
