Position Summary

The Parts & Warranty Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, ordering, and distribution of HVAC parts and materials to ensure technicians have the parts they need to complete jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technicians by researching part numbers, cross-referencing OEM parts, and identifying substitutes when needed
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety standards
• Assist with dispatch responsibilities
• Batch invoices, memberships, and additional administrative duties as needed
• Assist with customer phone calls and requests

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of experience in parts management or a related field (HVAC industry experience preferred)
• Familiarity with HVAC parts, components, and terminology preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with technicians, vendors, and management

Where You'll Work

This position primarily operates in an office setting, with regular interaction with field technicians, office staff, and outside vendors.
