Job Opening: Geotechnical Drilling Helper
Mathes Drilling is seeking a reliable and hardworking Geotechnical Drilling Helper to join our team.
Location
•Based out of Breckinridge County, Kentucky
•Applicants must live within 1 hour of Breckinridge County
•Travel to job sites within 2–3 hours may be required owner provides support truck
Pay
•$18–$23 per hour, based on experience
Job Responsibilities
•Assist drill operators with geotechnical drilling operations
•Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
•Perform heavy lifting and physical labor such as lifting weighing from 30 to 70 pounds.
•Assist with operation and maintenance of heavy equipment
•Support job site setup, breakdown, and cleanup such as taking drill rig off of trailer , strapping down rig, unstrapping rig, point setting rig, etc
•Follow safety procedures at all times
Requirements
•Valid driver’s license (required)
•CDL preferred, but not required
•Comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment
•Flexible availability and willingness to travel for job assignments out of town at times.
•Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
