Project Engineer Opportunities near the Shelby Township Area!

An international company with a facility near the Shelby Township area is currently seeking several Project Engineers for long term, Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Project Engineers looking or a company that offers excellent growth, competitive rates and no out of pocket medical cost.

Project Engineer rates are anticipated to be $100,000 to $125,000 per year plus very strong bonuses. Pay rates are based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits, including no out of pocket cost to the employee for medical, dental, and vision.

Qualified Project Engineers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 3D CAD experience required. Solidworks experience is a plus but other CAD packages are acceptable.
• Requires the ability to lead a team of up to 5 CAD designers.
• 5 years CAD design and or mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience with industrial automation equipment, material handling, conveyors, robotics, etc., is preferred
• Mechanical engineering degree not required but would be a plus.
• Requires the ability to size mechanical and fluid power systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience working directly with project management and interfacing with customers
• Minimal travel required, 5% or less for field checks or installation supervision.
