Customer Service Representative

Aerospace company looking for a Customer Service Rep to join our team! CSR will help communicate with customers on orders and provide updates.

Communication

• a. All aspects of customer communication should be managed from customer service.
• b. Customer service is either to provide the service needed or be the liaison for all other departments based on what the customer needs.
• c. Manage customer expectations
• d. Manage customer complaints
• e. Grow a relationship with the assigned accounts to strengthen and grow the existing business.
• f. Communicate with production daily to check job status
• g. Communicate with engineering daily to insure jobs are released on time
• h. Communicate with management regarding complaints, compliments, insight into an account and any other pertinent information.

Qualifications:

• P.C. literate (i.e.: Windows, Word, and Excel).
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communicative skills.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience Customer Service in manufacturing environment a PLUS
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College Degree or equivalent work experience
