Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of transmission and substation construction projects across our utility portfolio. This role owns the full project lifecycle, including estimating, scheduling, financial performance, client management, and execution strategy, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a field-driven environment, builds strong client relationships, and can confidently manage complex utility infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for transmission and substation projects.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and cash flow.
Oversee contract administration, including change orders, risk management, and compliance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Coordinate with field operations, engineering, subcontractors, and procurement teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules, identify risks, and drive recovery plans as needed.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to leadership and clients.
Support storm response and emergency restoration efforts when required.
Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout all phases of project execution.
