Job Summary and Mission

The role of a retail sales associate is to sell flooring products and services to customers in-store, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a high level of profitability on each sale. As a vital member of the team, the sales associate plays a key role in driving store productivity and profitability. Reporting directly to the sales manager, the sales associate collaborates with other team members to grow sales and achieve store goals.

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

Education

• High school diploma, or equivalent, is required.

Mathematical Skills

Computer Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as the ability to learn new programs.
