What you will do as a CNA/Home Health Aide
You will be matched with clients to provide variouspersonal care and homemaker activitiesprovidingfor the personal needs and comfort of clients in their homes.These include(but are not limited to):

• Personal hygiene and grooming

• Ambulation/Transfers

• Prepare meals and snacks

• Medication reminders

• Incontinence care

• Light housekeeping

• Companionship

• Transportation

What we look for in a CNA/Home Health Aide

• CNAcertification orsuccessfully complete a writtenHome Health AideCompetency and Skills Evaluationat orientation

• Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of your clients and their families

• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.

• Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile for work

• Be able to pass a level 2 background check

• Be able to pass a comprehensive drug screen

• 18 yearsof age or older

• Highschool diploma or GED

• Senior careexperience; either professionally or personally

Working Environment as a CNA/Home Health Aide
Primarily works in client’s place of residence, travelrequired. Shift times and days may vary.
