Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in the home and community

• Help individuals achieve personal goals

• Encourage communication, socialization, and independence

• Assist with activities of daily living

• Document services and progress

• Follow agency and OPWDD requirements

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred

• Experience with children or young adults preferred

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle REQUIRED

• Reliable transportation

• Dependable, accountable, and punctual

• U.S. Citizen or valid work authorization

• Complete requiredpaid DSP trainingafter hire
